GuardianCall records all your personal inbound and outbound private calls. They go direct to a secure archive to be accessed, if ever needed, by you.
Why record your calls? There are many reasons, here’s just a couple:
- New “Friends” can, sadly, be fraudsters in disguise. They befriend you by using phone calls to gain your confidence then often “borrow” money for a (bogus) family emergency. Then they disappear. GuardianCall records and stores all calls. They can help prove the intent to defraud and provide evidence to help recovery of money lost.
- Make an order by phone and you may forget the details. A recording will confirm what you actually agreed, and may allow you to reject unwanted items
We quickly decided this was an invaluable service, particularly for the vulnerable or elderly.
With GuardianCall, before being connected, all Inbound callers are greeted with a message which states the call is being recorded; this simple greeting can be enough to make many fraudsters end their call. As an option the greeting can be removed yet we will always continue to record all inbound and outbound calls. We then auto-archive the recordings (with high levels of security) and auto-delete recordings if not required within 12 months.
Access to Call Recordings is only granted with authority of the customer; meaning private calls always remain 100% private – even from us!
